RETURNS

We offer free shipping on returns.

Your happiness is our #1 priority.  We stand by our product 100%.  If you have a problem, we will solve it.  Email us at hello@lagowear.com.

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Returns must be in new, unworn & unwashed condition and be free of make-up, deodorant, or other liquid stains.  A quick try-on is cool but wearing it to the hospital or clinic is not.  All original tags must be attached.

We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

For the period we are running the discounts, we will deduct $10 for shipping label cost for refunds over $100 from your refund or merchandise credit.

We are happy to have you try on different sizes and recommend you get 1 set in each size if you are unsure.  Shipping is very expensive and we are trying to minimize shipping costs during our discounting period.

REFUNDS

We will issue a refund once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.

Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and will be in the amount of the product price minus the original shipping cost.

EXCHANGE

We offer 1 free exchange per order.

1. Email us at hello@lagowear.com with your order # and let us know the style, color and size you want instead.

2. Ship the items back to us using the re-sealable shipping bag with our pre-paid shipping label

3. Once your item(s) are returned, you will receive an email notification of your exchange item(s).

We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise for exchange.
